Wild Woods

Wild Woods impressed the expert jury with its stylish visual presentation, high production quality, and entertaining co-op gameplay.

This couch co-op game combines classic multiplayer fun with roguelike elements. Up to four players take on the roles of little cats who, on their journey through unknown territories, must protect a covered wagon from dangers such as enemies and natural obstacles.
The game world is procedurally generated, and players can purchase upgrades along the way to enhance their individual playstyles.

The expert jury was particularly impressed by the design, as the game remains accessible despite its complexity and avoids any gore in its presentation. The concept also has great potential for expansions.
