Splatoon

With Splatoon, Nintendo turns the rules of the first-person shooter genre on their head: where war and violence usually reign, in Splatoon two teams splash paint at each other. But the game’s original approach isn’t just visual—it’s also reflected in the game modes. For example, two teams battle for control of an area by covering as much of the gray streets and buildings as possible with ink. Splatoon is the first shooter for the whole family that doesn’t skimp on gameplay depth. And it’s simply a blast.
