EGOSOFT

EGOSOFT is a long-established, independent German studio that was founded 35 years ago and has specialised for almost 25 years in the space simulations of the X series, which have built up a loyal and dedicated community thanks to their complexity. Over the past three years, the workforce – which comprises many long-serving staff members – has doubled, with new recruits drawn from a variety of cultural backgrounds and countries. When it comes to diversity, EGOSOFT champions tolerance, consideration and diversity within the male-dominated community of the X series and strives to lead by example. EGOSOFT is socially engaged in a variety of ways, without making a big fuss about it, and always has an open ear for the development community.
