Anno 1404

Anno is a highly elaborate, lovingly designed and very nuanced city-building strategy game with great depth. This historically-based economic simulation offers a range of options that increase in difficulty, encouraging players to recognise relationships that are, in some cases, quite complex. The game promotes peaceful coexistence and cultural exchange; the gameplay is varied and multi-layered. Players must also cope with setbacks from time to time. Anno 1404 also impresses with its superb graphics.
