Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus

Warhammer 40.000:  Tacticus offers turn-based hex-grid strategy, perfectly tailored for the smartphone. The bleak vision of the future in the Warhammer 40K universe is presented here in quite a colourful way, yet the game remains true to its source material, allowing Space Marines, Necrons and many other Warhammer aliens to battle it out against one another just as in the original. Tacticus is undoubtedly a hardcore strategy game, but it also does its job exceptionally well: a vast array of combinations of characters and equipment makes the turn-based battles engaging for tactics fans. The basic concept is easy to grasp, yet offers plenty of scope for discerning strategists. They can then prove themselves against other players in PvP, or follow the thrilling story campaign. Collectors will be delighted by the constant stream of new characters and team combinations, presented attractively with beautiful graphics and flawless technical execution. Few mobile games can match this level of opulence.
