Die magische Bretterbudenburg is an interactive picture book that takes even the youngest members of the family on an entertaining journey with its child-friendly story. Three siblings set off to find their beloved chicken Berta. Along the way, they stumble upon the eponymous shack city, where crazy instruments and magical rooms await the young adventurers. The conflicts that arise throughout the story add action to the gaming experience, but are never overwhelming or frightening. At the end of each chapter, a short quiz offers the opportunity to test the child’s attention and comprehension of the text in a playful way.
