Marble Maze

Marble Maze is an interactive installation that playfully combines digital content and analogue hardware. Marble Maze is played on a large video wall, on which physical game controllers in the form of buttons, cables and levers are mounted, as well as a digital playing field consisting of several monitors.

The focus is on cooperation between the players, who must develop strategies together to solve the maze. This game transcends the boundaries of the conventional gaming experience and promotes direct interaction between players. Marble Maze’s modular concept offers an innovative platform for creativity and further development. Using the same technical setup, developers can create new digital levels that either utilise existing hardware interactions or are supplemented by newly developed 3D-printed controllers.
